Review Found On . . . YELP: 5 Star Review by Sara S. This is the BEST place for anyone's "furry babies" to stay at...for a single play date or when you leave for out of town. I've used them for years and have never received anything less than exceptional care for my dogs as well as received superb support from all the employees. The Boarding Bungalow is clean, friendly, and very attentive to your animals. Because it is a smaller boarding location the staff is able to spend much more individual time with your pets and care for all their individual needs. I strongly suggest to pet owners looking for a boarding facility for their animals to look into The Boarding Bungalow. I have never worried, had anxiety, or been upset with our experience with them! They made my day at work! I did not know that yall did this, but absolutely love it! This was our first time to keep Biggio with you all and we are both sooooo happy with our decision. We have certainly found his favorite place to stay when we have to go out of town. The last place we kept him seemed cold and unfriendly. They did not offer playtime, which as you can tell he just loves and on occasion they would call saying that he was sick, which he never gets sick at home. It was a sign of nervousness and being uncomfortable for Biggio. It broke our hearts! Being away from your own home and parents/masters is hard enough as it is, but with a loving and friendly staff it makes the time away from home all the better. Not once on our vacation were we concerned or worried about Biggio and through these pictures I now know why. You just get a gut feeling about certain places and I am so glad to say that ours was right on with Boarding Bungalow! Thank you and all of your staff for taking such great care of our boy, Biggio! We will see you all in the future! Angie's List: I was looking for just the right boarding facility for my two dogs. Teddy Bear is a 5 year old Chihuahua and Tootsie Baby is a two year Yorkie (who still looks like a baby because her ears never came up) January of '08 we moved up to the Dallas area. My dogs were used to a suite from the boarding place we used in Corpus. I came across The Boarding Bungalow while surfing the web. It's motif is surfing and the whole place is decorated as a beach hang out. The suites are very spacious. They really cater to the their clients and the owners too. Kimberly is the Manager, owner and she is the most loving person and will try to satisfy all requests. We keep our little yorkie cut short and the groomer is the best so far that I have come across. She's adorable when they are done and I don't know how they can get those bows in her hair. They have two sections of suites, one for small dogs and one for larger. They have an outside walking area with toys and a cabana for play time that has heat and air. They also cater to cats and some other small pets. Since Jan. "08 we have used the Bungalow numerous times and have found it to be a marvelous and reassuring place to bring our babies. Tootsie goes to Kimberly like she is a long lost Aunt and our grouchy Teddy Bear doesn't seem as timid when we bring them in. I highly recommend The Boarding Bungalow for a fantastic service in the past and the future. Just look at their web site, you might see a picture of Teddy and Toots. We Love The Boarding Bungalow By Sharon H. I have taken my Golden Retriever, Brody, to The Boarding Bungalow a few times and he always has the best time. His longest stay was when I went to Galveston for a few days and, when I picked him up, he was so happy and you could tell he had been very well cared for. They took some adorable pictures of him having play time and with one of the staff and several more. I highly recommend using them any time. You can tell they really care about the pets that they board and they certainly know what they're doing. I'd give them ten stars if they had that many on their rating chart. A Customer for Life I was very anxious about boarding my Golden Retriever. We generally have someone come to the house to let her out and play with her when we leave town, but it wasn't an option for this last trip. It was a little further from home than I would have normally gone, but a friend of mine had such a great experience with Kimberly and her staff, that we gave it a go.When we got back, our pup was in a GREAT mood (and I was of course expecting total devastation). We got detailed information on her stay, even some sweet pics and I could just tell how much they cared for her.We will be customers for life! Great service and happy dogs. By Siobhan W. Both of my dogs had a great time. They had a good relationship with the employees when we dropped them off and picked them up. The pictures they sent us via email gave us piece of mind to know they were having a great time and being treated properly. Dogster: LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Never did I think I could find a place just right! Yudi loves being at her Bungalow. In fact I think she loves it more than home! I Love the staff they send pictures to me at work, which makes my day!!! I love how great they treat her because she is such a diva! The one on one play time make me so glad because of how many other boarding places have 40 dogs in one room thats just too small and sometimes not even two people watching. I feel that she is safe and when i pick her up you can tell she just had the time of her life:) Superpages: Wow! Great place and great location. My dogs had a blast. They have a great concept with the private playtimes - and they don't charge extra for it! I already made my holiday reservations for my boys! Would highly recommend if you're picky pet parent! |
