Boarding Requirements

For the health, safety and welfare of all of our guests and staff we require the following:

* One time per pet, per stay $5 warranty

The Boarding Bungalow provides a warranty on your pet’s health during their stay and for three days after your pets leave. The fee is $5.00 per pet/per stay and covers illness or injury that may occur while your pets are in our care. We will cover up to a maximum of $500.00 of veterinary services per pet, if needed. Not covered under this warranty are pre-existing health conditions, injuries or two pets in the same room at the owners request that injure each other.

* Written proof of up-to-date vaccinations including:

• Rabies: Every three years
• DHLP-P (Distemper/Parvo): Once a year or as vet reccomends
• Bordetella (Canine Cough): Once every six months (we offer the Bordetella vaccine spray for $10 but you must bring your pet in at least four days before boarding)
• FVRCP (as vet recommends)
• FeLV (as vet recommends)

Please have your veterinarian fax your pet's vaccination records to us as soon as you make your reservation. Our fax number is (972) 931.7388. Unfortunately, without written proof for required vaccinations we will be unable to accept your pet at that time.

If fleas or ticks are detected upon arrival, a flea bath/dip will be required at pet owner's expense. In the ongoing effort to keep The Boarding Bungalow the safest possible environment for all pets, we thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans get changed. To aviod no-show or late cancel charges, we require at least 2 full days notice prior to the date of your reservation for any non-holiday stay. Holiday stays require 5 full days notice prior to the date of your reservation of cancellation so we can accommodate another request from our waiting list.
